Commercial Administrator
We require an administrator to join our expanding commercial team working on one of our very successful client accounts.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in administration and will have excellent IT skills, including intermediate to advanced level Excel as well as good numeracy, interpersonal and organisational skills.
You will be required to work in a fast paced environment, undertaking a wide variety of administration tasks, at times working under pressure. You must be a fast learner with a flexible approach to work.
Hours of work – Monday to Friday 09.00am – 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.

Press Manager – Shifts
Working as part of a team you will oversee the attainment of production schedules across all pre press and printing functions ensuring the processes, procedures and safe working practices are followed at all times in order to deliver a 'right first time' service to the business. Outside of 'Office Hours' you will be responsible for all pre press and printing performance and discipline.
You will be involved in the development and delivery of key manufacturing strategies that ensures a 'best in class' service. A clean driving licence would be preferred.
Experienced Ink Store Technician/Screen Printer – Nights
We require an additional Ink Store Technician to join our very busy department. Duties will include creating recipes the mixing, matching and checking of production colours for use on various substrates. The ideal candidate will be from a print background with a keen eye for detail and colour and the ability to provide a complete colour solution for our clients. The successful candidate will also be expected to operate Screen Print presses, as part of their remit.
Stores Person – Shifts
A vacancy has arisen for a Storesperson to join our busy team within the production department at Kolorcraft.
Responsible for Goods Inwards, the ideal candidate will have FLT Licences (Counterbalance & Reach), good I.T. skills and the ability to liaise at all levels.
Estimating Manager
You will have overall responsibility for estimating and tendering all
business projects.
Knowledge and experience of producing accurate and timely
estimates using the most cost effective or specified process,
within agreed pricing parameters, is essential. Experience of
quoting for POS, large format printing, digital, screen & 3D is vital,
as are excellent communication skills, commercial acumen,
attention to detail and experience of determining team objectives
and monitoring target performance.
Estimators
Responsible for estimating and progressing commercial print
jobs, duties include; liaising with internal clients, taking briefs,
providing support and estimating using the MIS. Previous
experience in a fast-paced commercial print environment, full MIS
literacy, strong numeracy skills and a methodical approach to
work are all essential for this role.
Print Account Executives
Duties include administrative responsibility for allocated accounts,
producing work instructions and estimates, ensuring deadlines
are met and documentation is produced to the highest standard.
Excellent administration, IT and communication skills and the
ability to work flexible hours are essential in this role. Experience
in a similar role is essential.
Digital Printers/Finishers - Shifts
Working as part of a fast paced Digital team operating either the Inca S40 or the HP, Durst and Nur Large Format Printers, you will need to be hardworking, dedicated individuals with a keen eye for detail and an excellent work ethic.
Previous working knowledge of large format digital printing and finishing processes would be preferred, however training can be provided for the successful candidates. Good IT skills; both Mac and Pc would also be advantageous.
A willingness to challenge the norm and drive performance, efficiency and quality in a positive direction is essential.
Experienced Large Format Digital Printer - Shifts
We are looking to recruit a hard working individual who is looking to develop their career within an industry leading company, to form part of a professional and dedicated team who will be responsible for maximising the return on our investment.
The successful candidate will operate an Inca S40, large format digital machine and therefore previous experience working as a digital printer is essential.
Experience coupled with an excellent level of PC skills, a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality and a respect for the equipment you will be operating are all required within this role.
Finishing Operatives
Due to increased workloads exciting opportunities have arisen for the recruitment of operatives at various skill levels within the Finishing department.
We are looking to recruit fully skilled Finishing Operatives who have gained experience within the print industry producing high quality point of purchase material using Guillotines and Platens. Working knowledge of operating a Lamina laminator and Cauhe paper drill would be advantageous.
In addition, we also require candidates who are willing to learn new skills within the department to act as support for the senior level operatives. Previous experience in this role is not essential as training will be provided.
All applicants will require a good level of understanding as you will be expected to read and interpret the requirements for each job, checking for material types, colours and quantities, whilst at the same time checking for any defects or adjustments that may be required.
A clean driving licence and a fork lift truck licence would be advantageous in all roles.
Packing Operatives – Casual Contracts Kolorcraft is one of the largest manufacturers of point of sale and display material in the UK. In order to meet ever demanding production requirements we are now seeking to recruit a pool of Packing operatives to join our team to work on an ad-hoc basis as and when required to meet the needs of our business.
The main responsibilities of this role are to receive printed material, inspect for quality, perform various finishing operations and to finally pack, collate and despatch the product in the most efficient manner. It is essential that the highest possible standards and deadlines are achieved at all times.
The ideal candidates will be keen, reliable, hardworking and will be available on an ad-hoc basis, at short notice and will have the flexibility to work shifts.
